We are a nonprofit organization focusing on the homeless, destitute and the needy in developing world, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa. Sub-Sahara Africa is at a critical humanitarian juncture. The impactofwars, political instability, economic mismanagement and natural disasters in the sub-region has increasinging challenged the capacity of traditional mechanism and organizationsability to cope. The number of newly economically distressed and internally displaced person has increased at an alarming rate.We believe that thereason for this state of affairs is the dearth of mechanisms in place to strenghen the ability of people at the grassroots to resist this distressing development. Life International Mission was founded to address this situation by directly mobilizing people at the grassroot levels, and encouraging victims to take charge of their lives again. Our role to facilitate this by soliciting for donations of mateials and unwanted inventories that may be critical in giving life back to the homeless, jobless, destitute and the weak in the society in Sub-Sahara.and teenage runaways in new york. our needs are diverse and literally any donations ranging from computers, furniture, clothing, sewing mavhines, food, medical equipment /supply, mometary etc... will contribut e to the physical rehabilitation and retraining of the people to take charge of their livess. Through this medium, we request your contribution to this fund of goodwill as we pool together to pull people through difficult circumstances. I can be reached at 718 348 1990 and would be delighted to discuss the modalites of our co-operation on this urgent corcern with the representative of your organization | |||||||||||||||||||||||
